“Practicing asanas over and over again helps us function better and see our habits and recognise patterns and beliefs that are driving our daily life.”

Alessandra

Alessandra's journey as a photographer sparked from a profound interest in the body and its language. Her passion for outdoor sports, like climbing and cycling, naturally drew her to yoga initially for its physical benefits. Over time, this evolved into a deep fascination with the spiritual dimensions of the practice, making yoga a pivotal starting point for her personal exploration.

In 2015, she completed her initial Vinyasa training at New York's Loom Studio, continuing her education in Milan with encounters with Marco Migliavacca and Giovanna Depaulis. Beyond dynamic yoga, she immersed herself in Yin Yoga with Biff Mithoefer and explored the intersection of Yoga and Trauma with Matthew Sanford. Influenced by respected teachers like Lesley Kaminoff, Amy Matthews, and Bo Forbes, her curiosity about the interconnectedness of Yoga, anatomy, and neuroscience blossomed.

Fueled by her innate curiosity, she extended her training at Katonah Yoga center and Nevine Michaan. Simultaneously, she delved into research on women's evolutionary cycles with the Lunaria Institute. At the heart of her approach is the tailored adaptation of the practice to each student, respecting their unique anatomy and personal history. Her work emphasizes openness to listening and experimentation. Central to her philosophy is being a guide, enabling students to connect with their deeper selves and rediscover the inherent integration of mind and body.
